Télé Assistance is Europ Assistance’s remote assistance service for elderly, isolated, or handicapped people. It is provided via a transmitter installed in the subscriber’s home, linked to a signalling device (pendant, bracelet, or telephone) that subscribers always have on their person.
If they feel unwell, fall down, experience a break-in or have another concern, the device allows them to immediately contact the Europ Télé Assistance team with the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
450,000 people are subscribed to remote assistance services in France. The gradual abandonment of the wire network, the increase in telecom operators, and continued white spots across the country have complicated managing this activity for operators. Europ Télé Assistance resolved their issue by opting for the simplicity of Matooma’s management service with MatooCard, its multiple-operator card.
